I love this ginger beer recipe because it’s one of my favorite ways to eat ginger beer.
The recipe is simple enough that I usually only have to add water and ginger ale for the ginger flavor.
The batter can be a bit of a work, but if you’re not worried about making it yourself, I’d highly recommend it.
The ginger beer flavor is actually quite pronounced, and it’s really not too much to ask for, considering that the flavor of the ginger is so well-known.
And, if you can make it, you’ll probably want to use some sort of ginger ale sauce to serve it.
I’ve never made ginger beer cakes before, but I’m glad I found this ginger ale recipe to get a nice boost of ginger flavor into my recipe.
